Revision Therapy is a good fit if you're dealing with the kinds of things that don't always have a name: the slow drift from yourself, the relationship that keeps not working, the transition that's harder than you expected. Here's a closer look at what we work on.
Our services
Life Transitions
Life transitions, even the ones we choose, can unsettle our sense of who we are and where we're going. Whether you're navigating a new job, the end of a relationship, a move, a loss, coming out, or a shift in identity, therapy can help you process what's happening and orient yourself toward what comes next. You don't have to have it figured out before you show up.
Self-Affirmation & Inner Critic Work
For many people, the loudest voice in the room is the one that says they're not enough. We work to understand where that voice came from, what it's been protecting you from, and, gradually, how to build a different relationship with yourself. This isn't toxic positivity. It's honest, grounded work toward treating yourself with the same care you'd offer someone you love.
Interpersonal Patterns & Relationships
You might notice the same dynamics showing up in different relationships: friendships, romantic partnerships, family, work. Maybe you over-give and end up resentful. Maybe you pull back before people can get too close. Maybe you struggle to say what you actually need. We explore those patterns together: where they came from, how they're serving you, and what you'd like to be different.
LGBTQ+ and Trans Affirming Therapy
I work with LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals navigating identity, transitions, relationships, self-acceptance, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from moving through a world that hasn't always made room for you. This is a fully affirming, no-explanation-required space. Your identity is welcome here, not as a "presenting problem" but as part of the whole, complex, interesting person you are.
Not everyone who comes to therapy is in crisis, and that's okay. Revision Therapy is especially well-suited for adults who are generally doing okay but want to do better in their relationships, in their self-talk, in how they handle the changes life keeps bringing. You don't need to be falling apart to deserve this work.

This is a free, 15 minute phone call designed to understand if we are a good fit before scheduling. We can talk about what's going on, answer your questions, and get a sense of what you need. No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.

Individual therapy is a private, one-on-one conversation with a trained therapist . This is a space where you can talk openly about whatever is going on in your life without fear of judgment. Think of it as dedicated time that is completely yours, where nothing is too big, too small, or too complicated to bring up. Sessions typically occur weekly and last 50 minutes.

We are not currently in-network with any insurance plans. See FAQ for more information about why an out-of-network therapist may be right for you.
