“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
Revision Therapy is for adults who are ready to look at their patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, and start writing a different story.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
• You're going through a big change (a move, a breakup, a career shift, a loss) and you're not sure who you are in this new chapter.
• You find it hard to ask for what you need in relationships, or you give too much and wonder why it never feels like enough.
• You struggle to trust yourself: your decisions, your worth, your right to take up space.
• You identify as LGBTQ+ and want a therapist who gets it

I’m glad you’re here
My name is Nic and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Revision Therapy.
I started this practice because I believe some of the most meaningful growth happens in the ordinary, in-between moments of life, the realization that the story you've been living isn't quite the one you want to keep telling.
I work with adults who are navigating transitions, struggling in their relationships, unraveling complicated family dynamics, or simply trying to get better at being in their own corner. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ folks and find that my place in the community means I show up to this work as someone who's walked some version of this path too.
Before opening Revision Therapy, I spent over a decade working across crisis stabilization units, inpatient behavioral health, and community-based settings, including several years as a co-response clinician alongside law enforcement. That background is part of what led me toward attachment-focused work, since so much of how we cope, connect, and struggle traces back to the relationships that shaped us early on.
I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Canisius University, where I was inducted into the Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society, and I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo.
