I’m glad you’re here
My name is Nic and I'm a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and the founder of Revision Therapy. I started this practice because I believe therapy doesn't have to wait for a breakdown. Some of the most meaningful growth happens in the ordinary, in-between moments of a life.
I work with adults who are navigating transitions, struggling in their relationships, or simply trying to get better at being in their own corner.
I completed my graduate training at Canisius University, where I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My Approach
At the heart of how I work is a simple belief: you are the expert on your own life.
I take a collaborative, whole-person approach. We’re not just focusing on symptoms. We’ll look at patterns, relationships, your past experiences, and the bigger picture of your life. Your identity, your environment, and the spaces you move through all matter here, and all of that is welcome.
I draw from different approaches depending on what fits you. Sometimes that means exploring emotions more deeply. Sometimes it means understanding patterns or building more practical ways to cope. The goal is for the work to feel useful, real, and applicable to your life.
Sessions tend to feel like a conversation where you can slow down and breathe a little. We’ll get curious about what’s been coming up for you and start connecting the dots in a way that feels clearer and more manageable. I’m not here to tell you who to be. I’m here to help you get closer to yourself.
Affirming Care for LGBTQ+ and Trans Clients
I provide fully affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals. You won't need to spend your sessions educating me, explaining your identity, or navigating someone else's discomfort. This is a space where you get to just be in the work.
Whether your identity is central to what brings you in or simply part of the full picture of who you are, you're welcome here exactly as you are.
